Luego de que el presidente Ruso Vladimir Putin anunciara una ofensiva Rusa en territorio ucraniano, el presidente de EUA, Joe Biden, por medio de sus redes sociales condenó el hecho y sentenció que «el mundo hará responsable a Rusia».
En ese sentido, el primer mandatario estadounidense acusó este miércoles al líder ruso por lanzar un ataque «no provocado e injustificado» contra Ucrania, así como por apostar a una «guerra premeditada» que provocará pérdidas «catastróficas».
